Applications to join #TeamMPS at the London Marathon have now closed and we have no charity places left. If you have your own ballot place and have chosen to run for the MPS Society, please complete the form below.

It is, without a doubt, the most popular marathon on the planet and more than 1.25 million people have completed it since the first edition in 1981.
