We’re currently checking in with all our adult members and want to make sure we have the right contact details for everyone affected by MPS-related conditions and Fabry disease.

Take action: To register, please complete the form below or email us. If you are an adult affected by one of the conditions we support and you aren’t sure if the details we hold for you are up-to-date, please also complete the registration form.

Don’t worry: If the young adult you support isn’t able to give consent, nothing needs to change.
