If I am offered an MPS Society charity place in the London Marathon on Sunday 25 April 2027 I hereby agree to the following:
To pay a registration fee of £125 to the MPS Society when requested.
To raise a minimum of £2,500.
To represent and raise money for MPS Society on an exclusive basis.
To remit at least 50% of the sponsorship money by 25 January 2027.
To remit all sponsorship money by 26 July 2027.
To inform the MPS Society immediately if there is a risk I may not be able to take part in the race.
To allow the MPS Society to use photographs taken of me during this event (with any retouching or alteration) either separately or together in any medium.
I understand that by providing my personal data for this event, that if I am successful and granted a place then the MPS Society may need to share my personal data with the organisers of this event to secure my place. This data may include but is not limited to name, contact details and date of birth.
The MPS Society cannot take responsibility for any injury, loss or damage caused or sustained as a result of you taking part in this event. Responsibility for legal and safety compliance rests with the event organiser, TCS London Marathon.
