Consent The MPS Society provides a free, confidential and personalised support service to its members. Our Support & Communities Team are trained to offer information, resources and support in many areas including raising awareness, mental health and wellbeing, clinical management, benefits, transition, independent living, housing and education. By ticking this box you confirm you would like to access the support service, either now or in the future and give your consent for your personal data (including sensitive data) to be processed for the administration and management of this service. By consenting to this you are giving us permission to contact you by phone, email, post or other virtual means when necessary.
